Meet the Founder
Shubham is a seasoned technology leader with 20+ years of experience building and scaling production systems at companies including Microsoft, Amazon, and Amagi.
His career spans the full spectrum of technology leadership — from hands-on engineering and distributed systems architecture to CTO-level strategy and organizational design. He has led engineering organizations, built platforms serving millions of users, and guided enterprises through complex technology transformations.
At Amagi, he led the engineering organization through rapid scale — building the cloud infrastructure and platform engineering capabilities that powered one of the world's largest cloud-based broadcast platforms. Before that, at Amazon and Microsoft, he worked on large-scale distributed systems, data platforms, and enterprise infrastructure.
He founded Stratosport with a clear thesis: enterprises need senior technology operators who have actually built and scaled systems — not consultants who only advise. Every Stratosport engagement is led by people who've been in the trenches.
